It is a department of individuals serving people, from newborn infants to persons requiring health companies to our most elderly citizens. These challenges influence the ability of states to establish and maintain early intervention applications utilizing Community Mental Health Services Block Grant funding. This Priority Goal displays HHS’ efforts to reinforce the standard of early childhood education for low-income youngsters. All three key measures provide unique and important aspects of boosting the quality of early childhood programs and providers. This area of labor has been a Priority Goal for every of the previous Priority Goal iterations.
